While 2021 has been an unprecedented and challenging year, we must look on the new year with hope that brighter days are ahead. We must never lose hope. We must abandon fear and embrace the faith that things will work out. The hard times will pass as usual.
If you are thinking of the past and worrying about the future, you stop yourself from appreciating the beauty of life. You can’t control everything and the future. Tomorrow is another day. Whether you worry about it or not, things will happen. Worrying builds up stress hormones in our body, creating more stress, more bad health, more tension, bad digestion, inflammation, and a litany of other ailments. Don’t use your energy to worry. Use your energy to create, grow and contribute to other causes.

Let’s live in the here and now and enjoy what we have now. If we are living in the present, we are living in the life of reality. Let go a little, relax and just let life happen.
Celebrate a new start, a new year. Look ahead at new avenues and don’t hesitate to take risks or try new things like taking an online course, picking up a new hobby, or learning new tech skills. Treat every day as a new day, a new beginning. Enjoy life and take things as they come. Move forward. Good things are ahead! May the coming year be full of grand adventures and opportunities for you.
