Term of Service:

• Board positions are currently for a 2-year term.
• We are considering a 1-year term to foster more opportunities for engagement and fresh ideas. On December 13th, 2025 at 2:30pm, we will introduce this change at our in-person Annual General Meeting (AGM) through a special resolution. If members agree on the special resolution, we will update our bylaws, and new board members will serve for one year.

Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting on December 13th, 2025 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm
