After over two decades of service, our building (114, 3rd Ave SW known as Tans Plaza) has parted ways with Sunflower Property Management. On behalf of MSBCA, we would like to thank Sunflower for everything they have done for us.

MSBCA along with our fellow unit owners, Something More (formerly Wai’s BBQ House) and the Calgary Tsung Tsin Benevolent Association have formed a condominium corporation to manage Tans Plaza. 

As per our communal consensus, each unit owner has two seats on the condo board of directors. MSBCA has been elected to hold the president and secretary positions on the Tans Plaza condo corporation. We are directly taking upon the co-management duties of our building which is a part of Calgary’s historic Chinatown.
