MSBCA will be celebrating this auspicious occasion with a banquet at Royal Taste Chinese Cuisine on Saturday, 21 February 2026 at 5:30 PM.
This is a wonderful opportunity for family and friends to come together over a meal, reinforcing our ties and friendships. Tickets will be available for sale soon—please see details online. Ticket sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Wine will also be available for purchase online as part of our fundraising efforts.
Each year, we strive to make this celebration a memorable one, and this year will be no exception! Remember to bring your smile to brighten the ambience of the restaurant.
AGM / Election Update
Our AGM and Election were held on 13 December 2025. During this business meeting, our Treasurer, Glen Chui, presented the financial report, followed by a detailed financial statement from our Auditor, Paul Teoh. As there were no contestants, most of the board executives will continue to serve for another term.
Christmas Potluck Gathering
On the evening of 13 December 2025, we enjoyed a family Christmas potluck party. It was truly a heartwarming family gathering, and it was great to see many young ones enjoying the event. The variety and abundance of food were overwhelming! Who doesn’t love Kueh Lapis? Even though Glen Chui was not able to attend, he generously donated this cake to us. Our neighbour, Something More, heard about our Christmas Party and Ben came to deliver a good spread of bbq meats. A heartfelt thanks to both Glen and Ben!
Thanks to NORAD, we even received reports of the arrival of the man in Red and White. Despite his busy schedule, we managed to have some wonderful photo opportunities. Many thanks to Theresa Khoo for helping to organize this delightful event.
I would like to sincerely wish everyone a Happy Lunar New Year, filled with good health, happiness, and prosperity.
