As an immunity boosting measure against COVID-19, turmeric Spice is highly recommended, giving the traditional golden twist, it is anti-inflammatory as well.
2 cups of milk (soy, almond, cow, coconut, goat milk (goat/cow milk highly recommended)
1-inch fresh ginger grated
1 tsp of each cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper
1 tbsp of turmeric powder or fresh grated turmeric
2 tsp of honey
In a pot, bring all to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Best to drink just before bedtime.
