Our first Food Moments’ brand-new cooking class for the year introducing “Cooking without Recipes” – learning how to pull random things from cupboard/refrigerator, understanding flavor and how things go together, cooking freely, tweaking, improvising, and recreating new dishes, savory or sweet.

Participants were teamed up in groups of three picking ingredients to create their dishes. The result, delicious variety of dishes where everyone got to share each other’s concoction.

Sandy showed participants how to create dishes from the ingredients set

forth on the table while Agnes made fruit pizzas using brownie as the base for the crust, topped with whipped cream cheese and fresh fruit, drizzled with melted dark and white chocolate. Yum! Yum!
