The following 10 registrations (8-week-session) will be drop-ins, first come first served.
We will have Qigong classes every Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at the clubhouse starting March 23rd. We have a generous volunteer, Kitty, who is donating her time to teach others. Kitty speaks only Chinese, but you can try follow along the movements even if you do not speak it.
We would appreciate a dollar donation for every session to help with the facilities’ costs.
Please bring indoor shoes and wear comfortable clothes when you are attending the sessions. Drop-ins are welcomed.

We are pleased to have 16 kids registered for badminton in Woodman School. There are a total of eight sessions from March 4 to June 10. This is the first time for MSBCA to organize kids badminton. This activity will not only encourage kids to experience and learn the game, at the same time, it a great opportunity for them to socialize with one another.

Camping Venue – Dinosaur Provincial Park
Today Dinosaur Provincial Park is world famous for its dinosaur fossil finds. So much so that UNESCO designated it a World Heritage Site in 1979. A mind-boggling number of species have been found here – 40 and counting – but what really puts it over the top is that the bonebeds have yielded more than 300 specimens, which grace museums around the world. The park has also been designated a Natural Preserve to protect the extensive fossil fields and the valley’s fragile environment, a complex mix of badlands and cottonwood river habitat.

Welcome to the heart of the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park. Situated near Lake Louise, an altitude of 2,135m or 7005ft, Lake Agnes Tea House lies in a lovely hanging valley on the shores of Lake Agnes.
Along the way to Lake Agnes Tea House, Victoria Glacier, Lake Louise and Mirror Lake, overlooking Big BeeHive, Lake Agnes Tea House – homemade soup, sandwiches, freshly baked bread, varieties of delicious tea and hot chocolate. And breathtaking views of Lake Agnes
- Start of Climb Begins at Chateau Lake Louise
- Time 1.5hrs to 2hrs one way
- Distance 7km return
- Difficulty Moderate, short paved trail uphill towards the forest, hiking poles are recommended
- Footwear Comfortable running or trainer shoes recommended
- Clothing Mountain weather, bring light sweater

Items to bring : hat, hiking poles, light sweater, sunglasses, water, snacks, hiking shoes or runners, not to forget your camera.
Not recommended : Expectant women, severe knee joints or heart condition problems.
This is a uphill climb so we’re going to take it easy! You are required to fill up an activity waiver form before the hike. Thanks for your understanding.
